Coffee Territory

Indgredients

4 portions:

• 2 teaspoons of ground cardamom
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 4 tablespoons of fat cream
• one tablespoon of almonds extract

Preparation

Make 4 cups of coffee (everyhow), previously put their cardamom. Dissolve sugar and almonds extract into the hot coffee. Let it cool.

Fill (half-way) 4 highball glasses with crushed ice and then fill up cool coffee.

Add a tablespoon of cream into the each glass just before serving.
