Coffee Territory

Each country has its special secrets and traditions of coffee making.
People in South India like to drink coffee with a great number of milk and sugar. It helps to soften very spicy and hot food.
The Sudanese add some cloves or other spices and serve coffee in the jug.

Ingredients
Four portions:

3 tablespoons of ground coffee
1 tablespoon of ground chicory
100 ml of milk

Preparation
Mix ground coffee with ground chicory. Make strong coffee.
While coffee is preparing, warm up milk and coffee cups.
Put coffee in the cups and add hot milk.
