Ingredients
- - 2 teaspoons of freshly ground coffee
- - 2 glasses of water
- - the peel of half lemon
- - the peel of half orange
- - 2 clove buds
- - 2 pieces of unground cinnamon
- - 10 pieces of refined sugar
- - ΒΌ glass of cognac
Preparation
Pour coffee into the coffee pot, add hot water and bring to a boil.
On the bottom of the little enamel pan put small cut pieces of lemon and orange peel, clove buds, cinnamon and refined sugar.
Cover sugar with cognac and burn it. Pour hot coffee into the burning mixture. Let stay for 3-4 minutes and strain.
Pour out finished coffee into the cups.
