French coffee recipe

French coffee recipe
Ingredients
For 4 portions:

  • a cup of cool heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of confectionary sugar
  • teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3 cups of hot coffee

Preparation
Whip cream, then add some sugar and whip again until thickened. Pour whipped cream into 4 cups. Add vanilla into the hot coffee and pour the beverage over the cream.

Serve at once, without mixing and shaking.
