Make coffee in china, ceramic, glassy, enamel wares or in stainless steel coffee-pots. The coffee-pots from oxidizing materials spoil taste, as well as they are of little help.
- Add a half of teaspoon into the coffee-pot with ready coffee. In this case the sediment will sink faster into the bottom.
- Some grains of salt before coffee making strengthen its aroma and improve its taste.

which one is better, keeping coffee in powder or beans?
once we grind the beans the moisture is extremely high. but as you suggested that we could avoid it by keeping not more than a week in the hermetic container.
