4 portions:
- 9 tablespoons of dark roasted coffee
- 150gr. of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of treacle
- one stick of cinnamon
- anise
Preparation
Pour water into the pot, add sugar, treacle, cinnamon, and anise and carefully bring to a boil. Stir everything to make sugar and treacle completely dissolved. When mixture begins to boil, pour dry coffee, take away from the fire, cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.
Pour beverage into the delftware and serve straight away. Add some anise seeds.
