Ingredients
- 5 glasses of milk
- 2,5 of strong black coffee
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
- 110g of dry chocolate
- 2/3 of pint whipping cream
- ground nutmeg
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- sugar
Preparation
Pour out 3 glasses of milk into the pan and simmer. Mix coffee with a rest milk in a big fireproof jug. Add sugar to your taste. See to it that mixture will not be too sweet, because you also should put sugar to the hot milk.
Put the pan with milk on the fire once again and add vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the fire.
Put small squares of chocolate to the milk. Warm carefully, stirring, until the chocolate does not melt. Pour the milk with chocolate into the jug and froth.
Serve in high glasses with whipping cream, cinnamon sticks and pinch of ground nutmeg.
