Ingredients
6 portions:
- 75 ml of strong coffee
- a tin of peach syrup
- 12 ml of fresh cream
- 1,5 tablespoon of black sugar
- 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
- a pinch of ground ginger
- orange peel
Preparation
Pour peach syrup into the single plate. Shake half of coffee and peaches during one minute. Shake whipped cream into the single dish.
Pour 25 ml of cold water into the pan, put there some sugar, cinnamon, ginger and peach syrup. Bring to a boil and leave on the fire for a minute. Add peach puree and rest of the coffee, then mix whole mass.
Serve with whipped cream and orange peel.
