Ingredients
Two portions:
- 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
- 6 sugared cherries
- 2 pieces of ice cubes
- 2 wooden skewers
- 4g of cardamom seeds
- 6 pieces of pineapple
- 300 ml of water
Preparation
Boil cardamom seeds during 5 minutes in the water which is necessary for coffee making.
Cool aromatic mixture and then strain it. Make coffee in the water which absorb cardamom aroma.
In high 300 ml heat-resistant glasses put a big piece of ice and pour out fresh coffee.
