Ingredients
4-6 portions:
- - orange peel
- - lemon peel
- - 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur
- - 2 glasses of strong black coffee
- - 6 clove buds
- - 2 glasses of brandy
- - cinnamon stick
- - sugar
Preparation
Put orange and lemon peel into the frying pan. Add sugar, cinnamon, clove, brandy and orange liqueur. Warm until sugar is dissolved constantly stirring.
Make coffee, set on fire mixture with brandy, then slowly, trickle coffee.
Serve with a cinnamon stick and decorate with orange peel.
