Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of freshly ground coffee
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 yolks
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation
Put into the coffee pot 2 teaspoons of sugar, add hat water, and bring to a boil.
Beat up the yolks with a rest sugar.
Pour our finished coffee into the cups, top with beaten yolks.

Interesting coffee recipe. I will try it myself and I’ll be back with my opinion. But isn’t it a little risky using eggs?
