Coffee Territory

Ingredients

Two portions:

• 4 tablespoons of strong coffee
• 4 tablespoons of whipped cream
• grated chocolate
• 4 tablespoons of brandy
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa
• sugar
• ice

Preparation

Make cocoa and strong coffee, let beverages get cold.

Whip cream into the foam. Mix coffee and cocoa, sweetening to your taste.

Add brandy. Put in the glass some pieces of ice and pour out finished mixture. Top with 2 tablespoon of whipped cream.
