Coffee Territory

Ingredients

• a cup of cold strong coffee
• a half glass of pineapple juice
• one ice-cream scoop
• some pieces of pineapple

Preparation
Mix coffee with pineapple juice and pour this mixture over the ice-cream scoop in the beaker or in the high glass.

Decorate with pineapple pieces, add straw or spoon with a long shank.
