The University of Nevada relies on a new form of biofuel, which is more stable, easy producible and smells like morning cup of coffee. The coffee grounds is a new derivative for biofuel. And according to some marks, a new fuel may take the place of millions gallons of petrol fuel. </p>
<p>As a majority of great discoveries, it also has become by chance. The Professor <em>Mano Misra</em> has spilled his coffee. The next morning he saw newly appeared circles of petroleum. Later he and his team have investigated coffee grounds and made sure that it contains about 10-15 % of oil. They have used their laboratory and could reorganize oil into biofuel.</p>
<p>According to the researches marks, the production of one liter of such fuel will approximately cost 0,3 dollars. Besides, the biofuel which is produced from coffee grounds is more stable, than this one which is produced from soy or seed grounds. </p>

<p>Such conclusion has drawn international team of scientists from the University of Toronto, Harvard School of Public Health and the University of Costa Rica, after research with 4,028 Costa Ricans. <strong>Caffeine</strong>, which is a part of coffee, is transformed by means of liver enzyme cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP 1A2). Depending on the version of a gene, which controls the work of these enzymes, the splitting of caffeine by different people can be faster and slower. <span id="more-719"></span></p>
<p>The study included 2014 Costa Ricans, who transmitted one myocardial infarction, and 2014 Costa Ricans, who do not suffer from heart diseases. All participants answered questions related to frequency of coffee consumption. They also carried out genetic tests to determine the specific variant of gene CYP 1A2. </p>
<p>Genetic tests have shown that «slow» variant of gene had 55% of people experienced heart attacks and 54% of people from the control group.</p>
<p>By people with «slow» variant gene, who drank 2-3 cups of coffee per day, the risk of myocardial infarction was 36% higher than those who drank less than 1 cup of coffee. With the use of 4 or more cups of coffee per day the risk of heart attack rose to 64%. People elder than 50 were in the most danger.</p>
<p>By people with «fast» variant gene, who drank up to 3 cups of coffee per day, the risk of heart attack was even lower than by people who used less than 1 cup per day, but with doses increasing this effect was not observed. </p>
<p>«One cup of coffee per day do not do any harm, not depending on genetic features», &#8211; considers the author of study Ahmed el-Sohemy. More coffee volume can be harmful or harmless, but people who do not know which version of the gene they have, the best of all would be to observe moderation</p>

<p>The scientists of The University of Barcelona have performed a research with 668 healthy volunteers. At first they were asked to drink coffee with <strong>caffeine</strong> and then without it. A <em>cup of espresso</em>, which was taken at the beginning, had a restorative effect already in 10 minutes. </p>
<p>By that, in order to reach maximum <strong>caffeine concentration</strong> in the blood, human’s body needs 45 minutes, but half of participants got concentration after just a few minutes.</p>
<p>The decaf coffee had a similar effect (exactly which contains 5mg of this substance). In both cases, researches have marked the most rapid effect achievement by men than by the weaker sex.<br />

&#8220;The stimulant <strong>effect of caffeine</strong> has been proved by a numerous studies, but none of these have looked at their effects in terms of the consumer&#8217;s gender&#8221;, &#8211; said lead researcher Ana Adan.</p>
<p>&#8220;This study provides an interesting insight into how the effects of specific foods and nutrients may differ between men and women. Research into &#8216;gene-nutrient&#8217; interactions gives more and more results. We can see how our genetic data affects our requirements for certain foods and nutrients, and how our bodies react to these. In the future this could allow scientists to formulate dietary recommendations based on our genetic data, as well as our age and body size&#8221;, &#8211; added Anna Denny from the <a href="http://www.nutrition.org.uk/" target="_blank">British Nutrition Foundation</a>.</p>

Any person, who personally has cooked at least a dozen portions of coffee, could tell for a long time how this process is responsible and labor-intensive. But nobody knows the opposite problem. Namely, <strong>how to spoil coffee</strong>, because it is a difficult and stiff task for beginners. We do not speak about how to make it imperfect, bitter, sugary, with inexpressive flavor. It is in power of everyone and a lot of act so. But to get inexpressive taste – is a more difficult question which needs experiments and  proper preparation. However you slice it, coffee is tasty and flavored in itself. And if you give it free play and let take its course, you will get something good without fail.<br />

So, getting down to business, remember what exactly we spoil. We spoil <strong>coffee</strong>. Not water, sugar or cinnamon. Not appearance or consistence. It is coffee, filled with a hot water.</p>
<p>There are some main weaknesses. Foremost is of course a <strong><u>temperature</u></strong>. Do not try to do something until it is less than 92°C.  Theoretically, if you put <a href="http://coffeeterritory.com/coffee-in-beans/">beans</a> into the cool water, you will anyway get something restorative, however weak. The Japanese are working with temperature about 85°С, in European coffee-machines &#8211; 90-92°С, the Turks and Arabs have 96°С. The basis here, either to burn slightly coffee at the edges of the ibrik or to boil it for a long time. It is one of the examples of good spoiled coffee. By the way, ibrik is here the most successful variant. Just overboil it &#8211; that’s the easy part! In case of  European and Japanese preparation methods, it may be arised some problems. It is not a reason to give up.</p>
<p>Because we have a powerful key factor as <strong><u>grinding</u></strong>.  First, make it a bit crude and instead of flavored drink you will get clear water with a light smell.  Second, the progress has placed at our disposal an excellent machine. We call itelectric <em>coffee-grinder</em>. Its high-speed gear burns beans to the best advantage. Make not big portions, put full speed and grinding time – and bitter coffee is assured. </p>

<p>The aromas were created by a perfumer <em>Olivia Giacobetti</em>. All candles are packed into the stylish small boxes and are available in the special Nespresso Boutiques. </p>
