Ingredients

100g. of coffee powder
¼ l. of water
250g. of sour milk
100g. of powdered sugar
2 yolks

Make usual Turkish coffee, put sugar, cool.
Add whipped cream and yolk’s foam to the cool coffee. Whip sour milk to cream concentration. Stir well.
It is recommended like restorative after rough labour.
