» Coffee with honey

Ingredients

15g of natural coffee
a half of lemon
125 ml of water
10g of honey

Preparation
Make black coffee. Strain, then stir liquid with lemon juice and honey. Pour out into the heated cups and dish up.

Ingredients

250 ml of cold and strong black coffee
40 ml of condensed evaporated milk
20 ml of chocolate liqueur

Preparation
Mix coffee, evaporated milk and liqueur in the shaker. Stir them carefully. Put in the glass some pieces of ice and pour out finished mixture.

» Coffee with cream and ice-cream

Ingredients

100g of ice-cream without filler
grinded coffee beans
pinch of vanilla sugar
50g of cold of strong coffee
50g of 20% cream

Preparation
Put in the glass ice-cream, cold strong coffee, then previously whipped cream and a pinch of grind coffee beans. Don’t stir finished drink. Serve with a drinking straw.
