How to keep coffee correctly, so that it will not lose its flavoring substances?
According to the experts, the first rule is following – coffee should not be kept abroach. If in the morning you open a tin with coffee, in the evening it will lose its aroma.
The second rule. Coffee can easily absorb strange smells. So, do not put something «fragrant» next to coffee. For coffee storage the experts advise to use glass containers. The professionals confirm that coffee is easily „come under somebody’s influence”. That is why you should pay proper attention to the place of its storage and do not settle to it «unkindly neighbors».
The third rule. Read instruction on the package very carefully. There should be the information how to keep coffee correctly. If you conform to these rules, the product will not lose its taste. Remember, every sort of coffee or mixture has its own storage requirements.
The forth rule is rather belongs to cafes` owners and others establishments where this drink is served. The professionals give an advice to pay attention to barista’s working.
The fact is that it is impossible to keep already grinded coffee. It is better to mill such amount which can be required during an hour. According to the specialists, milled coffee should be drunk during 4-6 hours. And the time of roasting to its consumption should take 5 days.

- 1/8 l of cream or condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 portions of vanilla icecream
Preparation

By carrying out of some mass measures in restaurants, for example during banquets, coffee is served according to certain rules.
The first way. On the tray with serviette it is put coffee cups with saucers, a glass with coffee spoons shanks up and sugar-bowl with sugar tongs. The waiter brings coffee-pot with hot coffee and each guest serves himself according to his own discretion.
The second way. On a tray with serviette it is put 2 coffee-pots with coffee – one with sugar, and other without it – shanks right from the waiter. Here it is placed coffee cups, coffee saucers and a glass with coffee cups shanks up.
The waiter caters for guests. He takes the tray in a left hand. With a right hand he puts cup on the saucer and pours sweetened or unsweetened coffee to 2/3 of cup, and then he puts coffee-pot on the tray and serves a cup with saucer to the guest.
The third way. The guests are served by two waiters. One of them takes tray with two coffee-pots in a left hand – in one of them is coffee with sugar and in other without it. The second waiter takes tray with coffee cups, saucers and spoons in a left hand. The first waiter offers guests coffee and pour it with a right hand into the cup, which is previously put by his workmate on a tray.

- 8 cups of hot coffee
- a cup of dark rum
- ¾ cups of sugar
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 12 cloves
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and warm on a slow fire. Before serving let it brew 2 hours.

- 1,5 tablespoons of honey

Mix all ingredients and warm until sugar dissolves. Let it brew for 2 minutes.
Serve in the small coffee cups. Previously filter the drink, setting free from sesame seeds.

- 4 cups of prepared strong coffee
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 30g of sugar
- lemon
- yolk
Preparation
Dissolve honey and sugar in coffee. Then add milk, cream and cool well. Put into the glasses some ice cream and pour this mixture.
If you want to get the better taste, add some lemon juice or yolk.

Ingredients
- a cup of coffee
- an orange
- 5 tablespoons of cognac
- 5 tablespoons of liqueur
- one teaspoon of brown sugar
- 3 cloves
Preparation
Take a big piece of orange peel and cover in it cloves. Put sugar into the cup and add their orange peel with cloves. Mix in ibrik cognac and liqueur and warm. Burn alcoholic mixture and at once pour it into the cup.
Then pour some more coffee and serve.

- 1,5 cups of hot coffee
- one teaspoon of treacle (molasses)
- 1/8 cup of fat-free cream
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in ibrik (or in the metallic dish) and stir until treacle begins to dissolve.
Serve hot.
